Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Scope

By using the Benim Plaka platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and community guidelines. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

This agreement has been prepared in compliance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Internet Law No. 5651, and applicable international digital service regulations.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid email address
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws of Turkey or your country of residence

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You must notify us immediately upon detecting unauthorized access
• Only one account per person is permitted

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, hate speech, racism, discrimination
• Spam, advertisements, or use of bots
• Impersonation of another person
• Sharing malware or malicious links
• Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities
• Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Illegal activities, smuggling, or fraud
• Providing false license plate or vehicle information
• Actions that damage the platform's technical infrastructure

6. Content Policy

For all content you share on the Platform (posts, comments, messages, photos):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant the Platform a license to use your content for service delivery purposes
• You may not share content that infringes copyrights, is illegal, or inappropriate
• The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates rules without prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Benim Plaka brand, logo, design, software, and original content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The Platform cannot be held responsible for interactions between users
• The Platform is not a broker in vehicle buy/sell transactions; responsibility lies with the parties
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of user content

9. Suspension & Termination

The Platform may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior warning. Data from closed accounts is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the Settings page.

10. Dispute Resolution

Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. Turkish law shall apply. Consumer arbitration committees and mediation paths are reserved.

11. Modifications

These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
